The confirmed PlayStation features are mostly platform features
Sony says GTA VI uses DualSense haptic feedback, adaptive trigger resistance and the controller's built-in speaker. Tempest 3D AudioTech is also part of the feature list.
The PS5 SSD is being used to deliver what Sony describes as near-instant loading while moving through Leonida.
The PlayStation Store separately identifies the game as PS5 Pro Enhanced.
No official rendering modes have been published
Rockstar has not announced a 30 fps, 40 fps or 60 fps target. There is no official internal-resolution figure, no confirmed PSSR implementation and no detailed ray-tracing comparison between PS5 and PS5 Pro in the currently published material.
A Pro Enhanced badge establishes that the Pro version receives enhancements. It does not establish what those enhancements are.
Sony's “Plays Best on PS5” line is not a benchmark
The partnership language points to DualSense, Tempest 3D AudioTech and the PS5 SSD. None of those details provides measured evidence of higher frame rate or image quality than the Xbox Series X|S release.
Microsoft's current GTA VI page confirms the November 19 date and Xbox Series X|S support, but it does not provide a competing set of graphics modes either.
August 27 is the next opportunity for real technical information
Rockstar's Extended Look arrives August 27, first on Netflix and later that day on YouTube and the GTA VI website. Rockstar has not said whether performance modes will be part of it.
The game itself launches November 19. Preload begins November 12.
